Complaints

We provide a 24-month warranty on all goods purchased in our e-shop. In the event of any product defects occurring in the goods you have purchased from us during the warranty period, you may send the goods, along with a copy of the invoice and a completed accompanying document by post as an insured letter to the address:

We do not inform customers about the receipt of their shipment. You can follow the shipment based on the tracking number on the post website. You will receive a notification e-mail when the shipment is sent back to you after handling your complaint. If the complaint is accepted, you are entitled to a refund of postage.

How to pack the jewellery a want to send you?

It is best to pack the jewellery you want to send in a stronger box, which will protect the jewellery from possible damage during transport. Subsequently, we recommend placing the jewellery box in a bubble envelope with a return address.
