Complaints

We provide a 24-month warranty on all goods purchased in our e-shop. In the event of any product defects occurring in the goods you have purchased from us during the warranty period, you may bring these goods together with the invoice and a completed accompanying document (find it here ), to any of our stores.

Another option is to send the goods, along with a copy of the invoice and a completed accompanying document (find it here ), to:

We do not inform customers about the receipt of their shipment (you are recommended to follow the shipment based on the tracking number). You will receive a notification e-mail when the shipment is sent back to you after handling your complaint.
